KNX is a subsidiary of the Shanghai KNX Human Resources Technology Co., Ltd. , formerly known as the Shanghai Runjie Enterprise Management Consulting Services Co., Ltd. in 2001. From 2002 to 2008, the company set up branches respectively in Guangzhou, Beijing, Suzhou, Shenzhen and Chengdu.
In 2013, KNX established the Software R&D Center and Research Institutes respectively and set up its West-China Headquarters in Chengdu in 2014. In the same year, KNX completed the shareholding reform and officially got listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
At present, KNX has more than 400 employees in mainland China and branches located in 10 cities including Shanghai, Guangzhou, Beijing, Suzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Nanjing, Changsha, Foshan and Yantai, providing services across China.
