Kicking It Off in the Centennial State

Hall & Evans was founded in 1932 in Colorado. Today, the firm is home to more than 100 lawyers who focus on litigation. With 20 practice areas, the firm has a breadth of experience, including in such areas as administrative and regulatory law, appellate, business, construction, government affairs, health care and medical malpractice, insurance, products liability, professional liability, real estate, workers compensation, and more. According to the firm, its lawyers “have tried more cases to verdict than any other law firm in Colorado.”

The firm’s lawyers have been recognized for their work in various areas, including health care and medical malpractice. With extensive experience in the arena, Hall & Evans lawyers provide counsel to a range of health care providers, such as doctors, hospitals and medical centers, medical device manufacturers, nurses, nursing homes, and psychiatrists—to name some. Among the matters the firm handles are medical malpractice, licensing investigations, medical ethical issues, and regulatory and compliance issues.

Another strong point for the firm is its Government Affairs practice. The firm handles matters before legislative and regulatory bodies and also communicates with government officials and business and trade groups on behalf of clients. Some representative clients include Aetna, CHUBB groups, Cigna, Colorado Society of CPA’s, CAN, Humana, Trusted Choice Insurance Agents of Colorado, and USAA.

In the product liability sphere, the firm defends product liability claims arising from a range of products, such as building materials, consumer food products, chemicals, machinery and tools, vehicles, and pharmaceuticals. The firm also works on matters involving recalls and recurring design and manufacturing problems.

A Foundation of Kindness

More than 20 years ago, the firm launched the Hall & Evans, LLC Foundation. In addition to honoring attorneys who previously practiced at the firm, the foundation also supports various local and national organizations and educational institutions through charitable donations and scholarships.
