Diversity, equity and inclusion are central to our DNA here at EY and EY-Parthenon. We prioritize and embed diversity, equity and inclusion, into everything we do. We understand that it is the diversity of our perspectives that drives our success. To that end, we’ve built a DE&I strategy and infrastructure to strengthen our ability to hire, develop and promote a diverse workforce. This includes specific efforts to invest in populations that are historically underrepresented in professional services.
