After this internship I became very marketable as an employee. I think if you’re up for the challenge it’s an amazing opportunity.
Advice to Management
I think you should have been more transparent at the end when it came to hiring or not. That was the only time I truly felt out of the loop and that I was being strung along. Other than extenuating circumstances you do a hell of a job.
