I can genuinely say that the PWP interview process was by far the best. For some context, I was born deaf, so I wear hearing devices. Although I had a 1st round phone interview scheduled, I emailed asking if I could come in the office instead (being I was already in NYC). They immediately accommodated to my request as they have with other things as well. Aside from that, the investment banking interview process in generally is challenging. Having a disability, I did find it challenging throughout most of my interview processes to try to fit in as I wondered what they may think. For some reason, just how it worked out, I felt so comfortable throughout the entire PWP process from 1st round to superday. The people were so welcoming and nice, and gave a vibe that allowed me to be myself. It this accepting environment that has opened this opportunity for me and makes me want to stay with the firm.
