There is no doubt that the people behind the program did everything they could to check in with us and make sure our experience was great. The company did a great job emphasizing the balance between working hard and taking care of ourselves, and scheduled wellness sessions every week for us to partake in (Zoom yoga, stretching, medication, as well as other mental health sessions)
