The interview process began with a networking event at a restaurant at the beginning of last summer, where I was able to meet and network with bankers at all different seniority levels and hear from them about the company. The next step of the process was a phone interview with a Vice President that was a mix of behavioral and technical questions. The final round was a Superday, that consisted of five 30-minute interviews that were a mix of behavioral and technical interviews. They were conducted by analysts, associates, VPs, and Managing Directors. I felt prepared and enjoyed speaking with my interviewers. I actually found myself laughing with one of my interviewers, which never happened at any of the other banks I interviewed with.
