Being virtual, it was unfortunate that I could not visit the physical CapTech office I was meant to work at. I do not fault CapTech for that though, and they handled the transition to virtual very well.
Advice to Potential Interns
People who succeed at CapTech encourage getting feedback and trying to constantly improve. If you like to be the big fish in a small pond you may not enjoy CapTech, because they emphasize collaboration and using many different people's skills.
