I enjoyed working with people who were a) incredibly smart and b) very excited to help me learn. If I asked someone for help, they'd help me with what I needed in a super kind/supportive fashion, and also give advice on how I could do the small things better. I also really enjoyed doing interesting and impactful work.

I had to work pretty hard to get actual work initially, as HR told my team that I would spend 3-4 times as much time in intern program events than I actually did.

Relax. They give you the tools you need to succeed; also, people are incredibly nice. The training is fantastic.

HR needs to communicate more clearly and accurately with practice management about what exactly the intern program will be. Else, fantastic!
