The interview experience I had with Cornerstone was absolutely the most pleasant one I had. The interviews felt casual and welcoming. I've been at other ones that made me feel much more anxious, but I felt very comfortable interviewing at Cornerstone. Also, for the second round, some of the analysts take you out to lunch, which I thought was a nice touch.
