The interviews were different than typical consulting interviews; they're case and behavioral interviews, but definitely very different from a McKinsey case or anything like that. There are two rounds of interviews, one on campus and the next at the office. If you make it to the second round, you'll be invited up to the office for four interviews, each by a different manager or principal, and a lunch out on the town with a few of the analysts. It's a great way to get a feel for the company culture. In both rounds, the interviews are designed by the person giving it, so they create the mini-case for you and it's usually based on a real case that they worked, which I think is pretty cool.
