They give you meaningful responsibility. You engage with clients, build out deliverables, brainstorm with partners. I received offers at Bain & BCG and researched them when selecting which firm to go to, and I learned in the process that this isn't really the case there. McKinsey is the best for a reason.

Don't doubt yourself if you get this opportunity. Take it and you will not regret it. The McKinsey name opens up basically every door in the world.
