I am satisfied with this company for many reasons. They created a company-wide COVID action plan that was then adjusted for each office located around the US. The communication from the main office in Springfield, IL was very transparent and frequent; this includes meetings about the financial health, strategical direction, and health--updates within the company. This transparency is great and essential for an employee-owned company. I was able to learn a lot about the many sides of civil engineering; every employee I reached out to was eager to help me grow in knowledge. I had meetings with different professionals in the company at least once a week including current and former executives of organizations like Texas Water Development Board and the Texas Board of Professional Engineers. The experience and backgrounds of the project managers and employees of this company is superb.
