Although associate engineers (the title for interns who've already gotten their undergrad degree) are salaried and therefore have no limit on the amount of time they can work, I personally never felt like my team was pushing me to work extra-long hours. I always felt like work-life balance was valued among my coworkers as well, even though they were involved in more critical projects than I was. I loved the company culture-- fast-paced innovation, scrappiness, everyone willing to teach you something new.
