Comcast has an interns only work space that served as a retreat (complete with ping pong, video games, etc). Though I mostly worked and sat with my teams in their respective areas, having that workspace as well as the lovely view of the ballpark from the top floor as an additional work/eating space was great. Each Thursday we took all day to do different learning activities, speaker presentations, and group bonding which really helped with morale.
