Exposure to executive leadership, weekly leadership panels with leaders across the organization, and weekly career development broadcasts occurred during the internship. Our mentors and coaches connected us with a large network of people to talk to and learn from. We were also pushed to reach out to people ourselves, and everyone who I contacted was more than happy to give me a call and discuss their role at the company and anything else I needed.
