Remember back in the day, when the iPhone was new and no one had any idea how to work a smartphone? Back then, when your phone broke, you'd go to the Apple store and visit the Genius Counter—where Apple product specialists would log your broken phone and charge you exorbitant replacement fees because, whoops, you'd managed to drop your phone in the toilet. Did the job title "genius" strike anyone else as odd? I'm sure those folks were very good at their jobs, but I sincerely doubt that replacing a phone screen qualifies one for Mensa. Well, as in so many other aspects, other companies have followed Apple's lead in giving their employees creative job titles rather than sticking with boring positions like "associate" or "manager." With positions out there from Hero to Jedi, it turns out you really can be anything you want when you grow up. Our friends over at resume.io have cooked up an infographic that tells us what weird job titles are out there, where to find them, and how people feel about applying for a position as a Hacker or a Champion.
