Every year, Vault is proud to partner with dozens of our top-ranked law firms across several different practice areas to produce Practice Perspectives: Vault's Guide to Legal Practice Areas. The guide consists primarily of Q&As with attorneys from firms that have ranked in one of our practice areas. In each case, either one or two attorneys answer a total of ten questions ranging from how they chose their practice area to what a typical day in the practice is like to how they recommend interested law students prepare for a career in that practice.
Clean Tech lawyers advise new and established companies and their investors on issues affecting the renewable energy industry, including project development, energy regulatory counseling, debt and tax equity project finance, joint ventures, and startup counseling.
Attorneys practicing in the area of Project Finance assist in just that—the financing of large construction projects, often in the energy sector (dams, power plants, wind farms) or infrastructure (railroads, airports, canals).
Below, please enjoy a highlight reel featuring Q&A answers from three Norton Rose Fulbright attorneys in two of our ranked practice areas: Clean Tech/Renewable Energy and Project Finance. Find more insights from Norton Rose Fulbright attorneys on practicing Clean Tech/Renewable Energy and Project Finance law at the firm's Vault Law profile and in Vault's Practice Perspectives Guide.
