About Armanino Advisory LLC
Founded in 1969, Armanino is one of the 20 largest accounting firms in the U.S. by annual revenues. The California-based firm booked $716 million in revenues in its latest fiscal year, nearly a 10% percent increase in annualized revenues compared to the previous year. Armanino’s recent era of growth was ushered in by a focus on investing in consulting, risk assurance and advisory, and business management/family office capabilities. In the past decade, Armanino has more than doubled its headcount and has added offices in some of the fastest-growing cities in the country.
Since 2001, the firm has been named to INSIDE Public Accounting’s Best of the Best Firms list nearly 20 times. The list recognizes firms that produce superior financial and operational results, along with focusing on maintaining a solid foundation for future success. Armanino also earned a place among ClearlyRated’s Best of Accounting firms.
Given Armanino's proximity to Silicon Valley, it's no surprise that the firm's largest industry group is technology. Armanino's other industries of emphasis are real estate, manufacturing and distribution, health care, retail, nonprofit, professional services, private education, private equity, family office, and financial services.
In October 2024, Armanino secured a minority investment from New York-based private equity firm Further Global Capital Management, which took a 20 percent stake in Armanino.

Armanino LLP and Armanino CPA LLP are licensed independent CPA firms that provide attest services, and Armanino Advisory LLC and its subsidiary entities provide tax, advisory, and business consulting services. Armanino Advisory LLC and its subsidiary entities are not licensed CPA firms.
