Those above me really seem interested in ensuring that I am growing as a professional and look for ways to best support me.

There isn't consistency is who handles what from an administrative side. So trying to figure out how to get this accomplished is sometimes difficult.

It seems like the firm is having an issue retaining staff and seniors (though I believe this to be an industry issue in general) as they are hopping to other firms. Be aware that there is likely to be turnover in these positions.
