The culture and employees are definitely my favorite aspect at the firm. They are always extremely friendly and helpful when you need it, regardless of level. It is also great to be able to touch a lot of different areas and industries early in my career, rather than being forced into limited areas of a small number of clients.

If you are looking for a firm with great culture along with a good work life balance, Elliott Davis is a great option. The main clients are mid-size, so you will get an opportunity to see a variety of industries and work on more than just a few areas early in your career. The workload is strong during busy season as with all firms, but has never been close to people I know who work for the larger firms. They also will let you take on as much responsibility as you push for, so there is an opportunity to get a lot of experience quickly.
