Advice to CandidatesCenterview has the best quality of life and respect of people's free time compared to any other bank I have experienced directly or indirectly. Hard work is acknowledged and rewarded, and even at a junior level people are given significant responsibility and can share their opinions with the seniors. It is also an extremely well performing company.
