The summer associate program at Banner Witcoff provides a relevant, realistic and beneficial experience, allowing summer associates to work closely with seasoned attorneys and assist in a variety of legal assignments. In fact, previous summer associates tell us that one of the most beneficial aspects of the program is the opportunity to interact with Banner Witcoff attorneys across multiple offices both professionally and socially.
Summer program activities typically include regular educational luncheon programs with attorneys on intellectual property issues; an introduction to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office; observation of federal court oral arguments; and several social events and group activities at fun spots in the city, at the firm, and at our attorneys’ homes; as well as attending local trials, hearings and/or depositions.
