The Firm Says
Blank Rome is proud to be in the top 5 of The American Lawyer’s 2024 Midlevel Associates Survey, and to consistently rank in the top 10 for both our summer program and midlevel associate experience. Our program’s success reflects the commitment of our attorneys and dedicated recruiting committee, who facilitate meaningful work engagements, including client meetings, hearings, depositions, and closings; opportunities to participate in the firm’s pro bono and DEI initiatives; and significant professional and social interaction. Our summer associates select challenging assignments from all of our firm’s practice groups and our designated summer program co-chairs ensure that all our summer associates receive constant, meaningful feedback. Throughout the summer, our firm offers extensive developmental and training programs. Notably, each summer associate is assigned both an associate and partner mentor, who each serve as an invaluable resource for helping navigate the transition from law student to lawyer.
