Our program’s success reflects the commitment of our attorneys and dedicated recruiting committee, who facilitate meaningful work engagements, including client meetings, hearings, depositions, and closings; opportunities to participate in the firm’s pro bono and diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives; and significant professional and social interaction.  Our summer associates select challenging assignments from all of our firm’s practice groups and our designated summer program Co-chairs ensure that all our summer associates receive constant, meaningful feedback. Throughout the summer, our firm offers extensive developmental and training programs, which also include generative AI trainings and office hours. Notably, each summer associate is assigned both an associate and a partner mentor, who each serve as an invaluable resource for helping navigate the transition from law student to lawyer.
