The Firm Says
Each Dorsey office conducts its summer slightly differently, with most aiming to give summer associates a breadth of work from multiple practice areas, allowing individuals to work on challenging client matters; represent pro bono clients; hone legal writing skills by attending in-house writing workshops; attend client meetings, depositions, closings, and court appearances; receive formal feedback and mentoring; participate in numerous seminars and trainings hosted by Dorsey U, Dorsey’s in-house professional development group; and establish meaningful relationships with summer associate colleagues and Dorsey attorneys through professional opportunities, networking, and a variety of social events.
