Developing Talent
In spring 2024, Husch Blackwell launched HB In-House, a one-of-its-kind professional development program aimed at helping attorneys gain an intimate understanding of in-house roles and the structure of internal legal teams, enhancing the firm’s ability to cater more effectively to its clients including by increasing awareness of how legal departments support business goals and building familiarity with financial statements and risk assessments, and providing career development opportunities for attorneys who are interested in transitioning to corporate counsel roles.
