In 2001, four partners from Mayer Brown and a lawyer from the Justice Department’s Antitrust Division decided to launch their own firm with one focus on mind: litigation. The rest is history. Today, Robbins Russell is home to more than three dozen lawyers, all of whom practice litigation. The firm’s lawyers have tried more than 175 jury trials to verdict, and its partners have argued before SCOTUS more than 45 times.

Litigation is the name of the game at Robbins Russell, but its practice breadth is wide. Since its founding, the firm’s lawyers have walked away with 14 wins before SCOTUS, two losses, and one split decision.
