We generally seek to recruit experienced professionals with a combination of consulting and industry experience. The profile for the majority of our target hires will include 5 to 10 years experience after receiving their graduate degree (MBA, MS); we will selectively recruit a minority of our target hires directly from MBA programs, provided they have significant, relevant pre-MBA school experience.

Our process comprises approximately 6 - 8 interviews in AlixPartners' offices, including formalized case interviews. All candidates also undergo testing to assess key performance characteristics, including traits related to performing well in a team environment.
