- Good benefits
- Depending on what project or client you are assigned to, you have a certain amount of flexibility in terms of work schedule.
Downers- Lack of interaction with senior management.
- Pay could be better.
- No extra perks, like team lunches or holiday parties.
Advice to CandidatesIt really depends on where you are. If you are working at corporate, your experience will be different than if you are at a client site. My role was to support a government agency, on-site, as a legal contractor. CACI management didn't delegate work to us... our on-site points of contact did. So, management had no idea what we were doing or the work involved. That can be good, and bad.
