1) Transparency around promotion and development objectives required to be promoted

2) Allocation of formal career advisor, practice group head, market head structurally + access to informal mentors outside of common practice for unbiased advice; I also help mentor junior to mid level consultants beyond project context as Manager. More experience consultants/associates are allocated as formal buddy for new hires to help transition.

3) Flexibility - work at our own pace and preference (e.g. mobility for internal transfer for personal/family reason is being accommodated easily)
