1. cool and very flat culture

2. extremely focused on career development - which leads to very open conversations and mentoring

3. commitment to diversity (women, LGBTQ+ etc)

Worst:

1. International opportunities took a hit since Covid

2. Expanding beyond FS but in APAC the growth of other verticals can be faster

3. Promotions have slowed down with increase in focus on training well-rounded consultants to prevent too much stagnation at middle levels
