We mainly focus on campus recruiting. In the Phoenix office, our practice employees attend career fairs, club meetings, and information sessions on campus in the fall and then select candidates for on-campus interviews. After campus interviews, candidates are selected for an office visit, after which we select who will receive an offer. An ideal candidate is motivated, outgoing, and gets along with our office culture.
