When they started the firm, WBD’s three founders believed that every member of the team, from new associates to senior managers, could make a positive impact. Giving back to those who serve

WBD is dedicated to more than just improving its clients’ mission outcomes: It also takes pride in giving back to its community. It asks its employees to participate in volunteer work every year, with the goal of making sure every employee understands how their actions impact the world around them. 

Most recently, the firm’s corporate social responsibility programs have focused on helping the veteran community in and around Washington, DC. It supports the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as a veteran community partner for its homelessness program. It also works with U.S. Vets, a nonprofit on a mission to end veteran homelessness in the United States.
