Calibre offers a summer internship called the IMPACT program. IMPACT is an eight-week program designed for rising undergraduate seniors interested in accounting, audit, and financial services. The program has students working side-by-side with partners and senior staff, mainly in the audit department. The program is built around Calibre’s commitment to the “development of the intern”—ensuring that each participant gains not only real-world technical experience but also the confidence and perspective to launch a successful career. Throughout the summer, interns participate in leadership experiences, community service, and team-building activities.
- Pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, graduating in 2019
- Completion of the Intermediate Accounting course
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Involvement in extra-curricular and volunteer activities is preferred
