Throughout AAR Corp’s 10-week internship program, each intern works closely with their assigned department to perform duties similar to those of a full-time employee and learn more about AAR and the aviation industry.  Interns can expect to visit a local AAR maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) facility; tour airports; participate in development opportunities; and work to improve the business through an assigned project. AAR interns have an opportunity to receive an offer of full-time employment at the end of their program.
