About Perella Weinberg Advisory Summer Internship Program

The Perella Weinberg 10-week internship program provides interns the opportunity to optimize and develop tangible skills that will drive their professional development. Interns will gain real-world transaction experience in a fast-paced environment and collaborate directly with the Advisory M&A and Restructuring senior bankers.

Perella Weinberg’s banker led training team designs a dynamic one-week training program and a robust on-going curriculum to enhance interns’ modelling and analytical expertise. In addition, training and staffings are complemented by networking events and social outings to develop strong relationships and deepen interns’ understanding of the banker role and industry. Perella Weinberg’s entrepreneurial environment fosters an apprenticeship-like, collaborative culture, and interns, like all bankers at Perella Weinberg, are expected to take on an outsized level of responsibility and make an impact.

Intern responsibilities include:

  • Building financial valuation models
  • Creating client presentations
  • Actively engaging on complex transaction, including live deals
  • Participating in broad modeling and quantitative analysis
  • Engaging in due diligence processes
  • Conducting company and industry research

Summer Analysts are hired in New York, London, Houston, Calgary, Chicago, Los Angeles, Munich, and San Francisco. Summer Associates are hired in New York, Los Angeles, Houston and San Francisco. The internship program is the primary recruiting source for the full-time class, and successful interns are given the opportunity to return to campus with full-time offers in hand.
