Accenture’s Naefly23 Summer Development Programs are the company’s premier summer internships for undergraduate students. The program opens the door to students ready to enter Accenture’s world of tackling even the most complex challenges a company may face. The summer program takes place over 10 weeks, usually beginning in June, and is open to rising undergraduate seniors. Students of any and all majors are encouraged to apply and bring their unique skills and passions to the table. There are four main development programs geared towards students with different backgrounds and goals.
The Technology Development Program is amazing for students who want to work with emerging technologies and take their technological skills to a new level. The Consulting Development Program is all about delivering the latest technologies and business solutions to clients. In the Industry X Development Program, interns focus on how to make clients’ engineering and manufacturing systems and designs more sustainable. Lastly, the Song Development Program is looking for those especially creative minds to elevate digital experiences and reimagine client platforms and organization. For the Technology and Song programs, strong applicants have experience with programming languages and/or programming-related projects in Web, Game, or Application design; and for the IndustryX and Consulting programs, strong applicants are familiar with core consulting skills and are game to adapt and adjust on the fly.
In each program, interns are taking on hands-on projects, working one-on-one with mentors, and becoming a member of a community full of likeminded innovators. There are both on-site and remote opportunities, all incredibly full of chances to learn and dive into an exciting career in a unique and challenging field.
Internships at Accenture are available for students who have completed their first year of undergraduate study or first year of advanced degree study. Accenture looks for students that demonstrate leadership, strong academic performance, motivation and involvement on campus, and have an interest in a future consulting career.
Accenture Student Empowerment Program also offers internship opportunities, among other mentoring benefits, for female and diverse freshman, sophomores and juniors. All Internships based in the United States require proper work authorization.
