Huron offers a comprehensive summer internship program for students seeking hands-on experience in consulting. The Summer 2025 program will be hosted in Chicago, Montreal, and Toronto, with interns following a hybrid schedule. We are currently hiring consulting interns across our Healthcare, Education, & Research (Strategy & Operations, Research Services, and Global Philanthropy), Digital, and Innosight teams. To qualify, candidates must be graduating in December 2025 or Spring/Summer 2026 and be able to relocate for the duration of the summer program. Although the exact dates are still being determined, the program typically runs for 9-10 weeks, from June through August.
Ideal candidates must possess strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel), excellent problem-solving and communication expertise, and a solid academic record (minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0).
During the program, interns will be embedded in project teams and contribute to client deliverables under the mentorship of their project supervisor and coach. Additionally, the firm hosts a variety of social events and networking sessions throughout the summer to foster connections and professional growth.
Undergraduate juniors or seniors staying for a fifth year to pursue a master’s degree are eligible. Business majors are preferred, but liberal arts majors are also welcome to apply. Candidates should have a minimum GPA of 3.3.
