Keystone offers a summer internship program for students who are enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s program and majoring in a wide range of disciplines, such as economics, computer science, statistics, or business management. Keystone believes in fostering a workplace culture that is built upon diversity and inclusion and strives to ensure that its associates and interns feel respected and accepted.
Applicants must demonstrate strong analytical, written and oral communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, willingness to learn, and a passion for achieving excellence. Interns will engage in meaningful projects, and will be challenged to seek out the necessary resources to overcome a variety of complex problems. During the course of the internship, participants will have the opportunity to deliver presentations to members of the leadership team, where they will receive valuable feedback.
In addition to challenging and rewarding assignments, interns will have the opportunity to expand their professional network, and partner with academic experts from various universities, including Stanford, Harvard, MIT, Wharton, and more. The program lasts for 10 weeks and has high potential to be more than an internship, as Keystone is known for hiring its summer interns to be full-time employees.
