Marsh McLennan offers several internships through the main company as well as its many subsidiaries, including Mercer, Oliver Wyman, and Guy Carpenter. Required qualifications are different for each program, but considering how many programs there are across so many companies, there’s a position for nearly every type of motivated student. Interns are paired with mentors over the course of their internships and also attend formal training workshops. Marsh McLennan regularly recruits from top college campuses nationwide and has a good track record of hiring from its intern pool.
