Teneo offers its Consultant Summer Internship program for students who are interested in a career in its Management Consulting division. Successful candidates will typically gain direct project exposure within either Teneo’s London or New York Management Consulting teams. Past projects for interns have included organizational design, growth strategy, pricing and packaging, due diligence, and other strategy consulting projects. Teneo Management Consulting operates across a wide range of sectors, including technology, healthcare, telecoms, transport, travel, business services, retail, and private equity, providing successful applicants with exposure to a broad variety of work. 

Those interested in the program are required to demonstrate analytical and strategic thinking, effective written and verbal communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Interns will be tasked with several responsibilities, such as conducting research, collaborating with other interns and consultants, assisting in data analytics, and creating proposals and presentations. Additionally, interns will contribute to meaningful projects alongside experienced professionals as they address specific client challenges and develop innovative solutions. Participants may also have the opportunity to attend key presentations and meetings, informative workshops, and networking events.
