Whether you are looking for your first internship or are ready for your next, the Benesch intern program provides meaningful training and hands-on experience. The program provides students with the opportunity to gain experience working on real-world projects in a multi-disciplined engineering and professional services firm. Interns will learn from experienced professionals in the architectural, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry, as they receive the training and resources necessary to develop valuable skills.
Benesch’s summer program allows interns to work side-by-side with industry professionals on real-world projects while receiving the training, resources, and support to develop a well-rounded set of skills. Each week, interns are invited to attend learning sessions developed to guide them on their path to industry success. Topics include managing up, effective communication, technical expertise development, and more.
Interested candidates must be current undergrad or graduate students in an applicable field and bring familiarity with relevant software and technology pertaining to their field of study. Some internship positions, such as those involving construction field time, require a flexible work schedule to allow for weekend or out-of-town work on occasion. Excellent verbal and written communication with strong analytical and problem-solving skills will serve interns well during their time at Benesch, as well as the ability to prioritize assignments and stay organized.
