Access Holdings offers an exciting and highly competitive internship program for undergraduate students. The program has sessions in the fall and spring semesters as well as the summer, with the semester programs being 12 hours a week and the summer programs being around 30. Interns take on the Research Analyst position and get the chance to engage in real company research and analysis on industries and business models that they’re actually interested in. This allows interns to dive into their own interests while contributing to Access Holdings’ theses and pipeline.

Access Holdings interns become true members of the team during their program. Interns present their work and findings weekly, are a part of meetings and communications among the whole company, and have one-on-one mentorship meetings with senior members of the team. For each session, Access Holdings only takes two to four interns, making the process highly selective. However, the small number allows each intern to receive the attention, education, and opportunities they deserve.
