Wintrust runs internship programs for rising juniors and seniors with a variety of majors, including accounting, business, economics, and finance. Interns get hands-on meaningful experience, gaining valuable real-life work skills while working alongside full-time professionals to meet business objectives. Requirements include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to think creatively about business challenges, strong communication skills, and excellent teamwork and leadership skills.
