The J.M. Smucker Company offers an internship program for qualified college students in the spring, summer, and fall. The program spans several departments within the company, including Finance, Communications, Creative & Design, HR, Marketing, Operations Engineering, and more. Most internships are held at the HQ in Orrville, Ohio, although there are also opportunities at operations plants across the country.
Interns with the J.M. Smucker Company work on projects that impact the business in whatever division they end up joining. Interns also have the opportunity to attend professional development sessions and to network with company leaders. In addition to compensation, Smucker’s also offers its interns a housing stipend and access to its headquarters’ many perks, including a fully equipped fitness center and cafeteria.
