Alfa offers an internship experience aimed at introducing students to the insurance industry and its company’s unique culture. The program provides immersion in business operations and allows students to explore various career paths within insurance to find where they fit best. “Midweek Mixers” are weekly workshops that allow interns to meet and network with professionals across the company. Interns are also provided with a session in the company’s leadership academy to nurture their leadership capabilities.
