Lincoln Financial Internship Opportunities

Each summer, college students participating in Lincoln’s nine-week internship development program capitalize on opportunities for continuous learning and development as they gain hands-on experience, make meaningful contributions to the business and gain lasting connections to support their career success. The hybrid program includes an executive speaker series, various career workshops, community service and a two-day in-person summit with interactive sessions at company headquarters.
