Superior Industries offers summer internships in several of the company’s major departments, like electrical engineering, design, marketing, supply chain, and more. Interns are able to participate in hands-on work, as well as company activities like “lunch and learns”, networking events, and even an internship trip. In addition to their paychecks, interns are also able to enroll in a 401(k) program with a 5 percent company match.
