About Children’s Minnesota Summer Internship Program

The Summer Equity Internship Program partners with local community organizations to offer internship experiences in clinical and non-clinical areas throughout the organization for college and high-school-level youth. This internship is a part-time paid role at 20 hours a week for 10 weeks during the summer in various departments, from ambulatory, rehabilitation, and child life to human resources, foundation, and marketing. During the summer, interns not only complete projects for their department but also participate in leadership sessions as a group to learn about topics such as diversity, public speaking, teamwork, and networking.
