At CVS Health, we can welcome new graduates into our organization and provide an unlimited number of possible career paths based on their interests and passions.  Interns aren't pin holed into the business area where they are interning, we just want them to find a role where they will thrive.

 

We also wanted to make sure interns were able to connect with other parts of the business and consider multiple career paths, so interns are invited to participate in our Career Path Exploration session during our in-person Intern Summit to hear from recent graduates who have enter different Leadership Development Programs and FT roles across our 25+ business areas and get a real picture of what their future could be. Interns can apply to full-time roles for the following year during the internship and receive offers as early as the last week of the program.

Individuals with Disabilities

Break down barriers one by one

We make it a priority to help individuals with disabilities find meaningful work – and it all starts by building purpose-driven teams. Through initiatives like our CapAbilities Colleague Resource Group, we’re able to learn from each other and inspire others. Our commitment to neurodiversity inclusion is critical as we strive to increase representation and career mobility of individuals with disabilities in our workforce. To foster a culture where colleagues can bring their authentic selves to work, we’re piloting a neurodiversity hiring experience using a skill-based, altered interview that allows candidates who identify as neurodiverse to demonstrate their unique strengths. The goal of the program is to have an equitable and accessible hiring experience where neurodiversity inclusion is a key component of the hiring process – enabling neurodiverse candidates to perform at their best.
