“Great Balance of Academics and Fun”
April 2015FORMER STUDENT
Uppers

Great sports and opportunities for internships and travel, paid for by the school.

Downers

Some students can be a bit intense. Many people will party until 2 in the morning, be in the library by 8 a.m. and start day drinking on the quad by 2 p.m.

Comments

Consider how comfortable you will be with the majority of your life on campus. Most students don't get very involved with and don't explore the community of Durham. There is not much to do outside of school work.
