The freedom to select courses. When you are admitted to MIT, you will have the freedom to choose whenever you want to study. There is totally no limited for choosing courses. And also, the number of the courses you choose have no related with the tuition fee. One of my friends majored in Master of Finance, chose many courses from the department of computer science and math, then he got an offer from Citadel and being an analyst in the hedge fund.
DownersWell, the cafeteria in Sloan is really not good. Actually, there is little delicious food around MIT.

Downersteaching quality. some professors are good, but some are not. MIT lacks a system to force faculty to improve teaching quality. the subject evaluation system is powerless in achieving this.
CommentsSloanies sometimes also get rejected by McKensey. Many students came to Sloan because of McKensey but the truth is it's not guaranteed you would get offers.
